I teach Silver Sneaker Flex class in three locations:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in the Youth Center on Jefferson St. next to LCCI.
- Tuesday/ Thursday at 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Round Island Baptist Church in the gym behind the church on Brownsferry Rd.
- Monday/Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. at the East Limestone Senior Center on Nick Davis Road.
These classes are open to all with no sign ups needed. Payment is by donation.
